At DFTBA, we want you to love your gear, but we understand if things don't work out. You can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original condition and was delivered within the last 30 days; please note that digital goods and clearance items are final sale.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible and include a note with your order number inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Wait

  Send your package to our warehouse using your preferred carrier; once received, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
